Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VendorFill service (the “Service”), operated by VendorFillAI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“VendorFill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Service

VendorFill provides automated tools to store a vendor profile and use it to auto-fill PDF vendor packets. PDFs vary widely; we do not guarantee that all fields will be filled correctly or at all.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to operate the Service.

3. Automated Outputs

You are responsible for reviewing all completed documents before submitting them. VendorFill is not responsible for errors resulting from automated outputs.

4. Sensitive Data

Do not upload sensitive personal data unless necessary (bank numbers, SSNs, passwords, PHI). You are responsible for compliance with privacy laws and contractual obligations.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with all PDFs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendorFillAI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if no fees were paid).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Florida.
